Houses LED light source and condenser lens array, connected directly to metal housing via copper heat pipes (housing temperature ≤55°C)
Active cooling: 1× 4020 turbo fan (12V/0.15A, noise ≤22dB) for forced convection
Fully sealed design containing LCD panel and polarization optics, with strict temperature control ≤45°C
Thermally isolated from light source chamber by nano-porous insulation glass (thermal conductivity: 0.8W/m·K)

A retention method where a lens is secured within a housing groove using a spring-loaded metal clip. Uniform radial pressure is applied by the clip’s elasticity, while epoxy resin adhesive is dispensed along the lens-housing interface to create a secondary hermetic seal against dust ingress.
